Feel The Effort, Coke Studio Pakistan’s Unique Motive; Coke Studio For The Deaf
When we talk about music, Coke Studio has always topped the favourite list of music lovers.
Coke Studio , One of our favorite Music Series That made a revival of classy and Amazing songs in Pakistan is a Pakistani music television series which features live studio-recorded music performances by various artists. The program focuses on a fusion of the diverse musical influences in Pakistan, including eastern classical, folk, qawwali, ghazal, bhangra, Sufi and contemporary hip hop, rock and pop music. The show provides a platform for renowned as well as upcoming and less mainstream artists, of various genres, regions and languages, to collaborate musically in live studio recording sessions. The show was produced by Rohail Hyatt until Season 6, and is now produced by the Pakistani band Strings. It is sponsored by Coca Cola Pakistan.
The Much Anticipated season of the Pakistani music television series Coke Studio Season 9 is scheduled to air on August 13, 2016. The Strings and Coca-Cola returned as an executive producers, while for the first time in series history, season will be composed by several music directors. Qawwali singer Amjad Sabri marked his final and debut appearance with this season shortly before his death in a target killing on June 22, 2016.
On August 3, 2016, a rendition of Madam Noor Jehan’s cult-classic song “Zalima Coca-Cola Pila Dey” as a tribute to her, Which went viral all across Pakistan was released. It featured vocals by this year’s featured artists Meesha Shafi and Umair Jaswal.
Following previous year format, at the 69th Independence of country, Coke Studio released another rendition of a song “Aye Rah-e-Haq Ke Shaheedo” – a patriotic song (mili naghma) originally sung by Naseem Begum, on August 6, 2016. This Song Gave ll of us Goosebumps and was also purely dedicated to the Shaheed Amjad Sabri.

As a fact, 9 million people in Pakistan have some sort of hearing impairment. A video gone viral not only shows us deaf people’s enjoyment of music, but also changes the way we think about music.
